1. Client Withdrawal / Denial of Verification
No refund will be available in any case if the client denies or cancels the verification after payment has been made at any stage of the investigation process.
2. Agency Inability to Perform Verification
In the rare event that our agency is unable to execute or complete the verification due to unforeseen operational hurdles, and we fail to provide even 30% of the requested background details, we will process a full refund of the deposited amount.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
For qualified cases meeting the criteria in Section 2, refunds will be credited back to the client’s original payment source within 3 Months from the date of formal cancellation approval.
